The key elements of the site are the on-line application and FAQ sections. These will be accessed from your home page.

On-line Application/Enrollment
By giving your members access to apply for insurance coverage on-line, we can streamline the enrollment process and provide a faster response to your members' needs and requests. The on-line application also provides your members the convenience of completing the information on their time.

An e-mail address would be set up to provide yet another quick and convenient vehicle for your members to communicate with their insurance program. In addition, all pertinent instructions and information concerning your program coverages and benefits are readily available at your members' fingertips. The key is to provide the best service to your members.

Direct Sales
For many groups, distribution control is essential. That is why our direct sales team will provide your group with a detailed plan and specific timeframe for contacting your membership.

The direct sales team makes outbound calls as well as handles all on-line inquiries. Proposals are e-mailed to members and followed up as necessary. A toll-free number is also provided for those members who prefer to call.

Marketing To Membership
